Lots of hiking/walking trails, private drive dead end street. Kirkfield Lift Lock on the Trent Severn Waterway is very close. Kirkfield has some shopping and restaurants. At the top of the street is the town of Bolsover and it has a general store and gas station, horsebackriding is available there. Beaverton is 10 minutes away with lots of shopping, restaurants, library and marina.
