Irondale River Waterfront, Gooderham, North East of Coboconk

This cottage is three minutes from Gooderham. It is located at the intersection of Highway #503 and Highway #507, a two-hour drive northeast of Toronto, just 40 minutes north of Lindsay, and 20 minutes north east of Coboconk.

The village of Gooderham has a gift shop, a grocery store, an LCBO, a restaurant and movie rental outlet.

This private gorgeous Irondale River cottage offers beautiful views, wonderful sunrises, a large deck, clear swimming, and you can walk into river or jump off the dock. It gets quite deep so you have to watch the little ones. Enjoy incredible fishing too. This is an ultra private cottage over 3 acres of property and 125' of waterfront.

There is excellent swimming on a deep river, with a meandering creek running through the property for kids to splash in or chase frogs. It was just renovated to a cozy cottage for comfort and also offers a new floating deck on the water. There is also a firepit for your enjoyment, don't forget the marshmellows.

The river is used by the Gooderham Canoe Club which holds an annual regatta and is touted as the best canoeing in the area. Canoe and paddles are available, the only question you have to answer is which way, upstream or downstream.
