Pristine beaches, sparkling water, a dramatic sand dune system and many acres of parklands for walking and cycling all promise endless hours of outdoor entertainment.

It's a year-round vacation home and is close to all the conveniences of sandy Wasaga Beach. The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. There's a large wooden deck and a fire pit in the back yard.

Quiet residential area, far enough away from the crowds to enjoy peaceful relaxation, close enough to the action to get there in minutes.
